The process
Counselling
During our initial consultation, we'll engage in a comprehensive discussion to gain insights into your body's needs. Sharing your injury history and current physical condition is crucial for us to tailor our approach effectively.
Posture Analysis
Using posture boards, capturing images to assess your condition, we'll pinpoint key body landmarks, providing a visual representation of your posture for easy understanding.
Release
We choose highly effective release techniques such as the Imphy fascia release stick, Japan PNF Technique Association and Mai’s Ballet-inspired body conditioning technique to mobilize joints too. Reducing tension is key to make our exercises more effective, a fundamental part of the Shisei methods approach.
Exercise
Our Ballet-inspired Pilates based exercise philosophy revolves around activating the appropriate muscle groups to gain control over your body. If we detect any discomfort or suboptimal form, we adjust the exercise intensity accordingly to ensure a safe and effective session.
Review
We assign personalized homework at the end of each session. Through visual assessment using body landmarks and photographs, we track your progress and provide you with a session chart detailing today's activities and your assigned homework. This comprehensive approach allows for a deeper understanding of your body and facilitates faster improvement.
