How long is each session?

Each private session is 90 minutes and includes posture analysis, targeted fascia release, guided exercises, and personalized homework to continue your progress between sessions.

Shisei is based in Singapore. Our studio is easily accessible by Orchard MRT/Orchard Boulevard MRT.

If you have an injury, please consult your doctor first and obtain clearance for movement-based sessions. Once cleared, our physio-rooted method allows us to safely modify exercises to work around your specific needs.

Yes! Japanese sessions are available with Mai. You can communicate in whichever language makes you feel most comfortable throughout your entire Shisei journey.

We use specialized equipment including the Pilates Cadillac for conditioning, IMPHY fascia release tools, Yamuna® Balls, Parasetter®, and other carefully selected props chosen by Mai for targeted tension release and mobility work.
