At Shisei, we believe that how you move shapes how you feel, not just in our studio, but in every part of life, including work.

Led by Mai, a former professional ballet dancer, our corporate workshops are designed to help teams restore posture, release tension, and reconnect mind and body through guided movement.

What to Expect

Each session blends physio-rooted guidance and ballet-inspired movement from The Shisei Method. Participants will learn simple, effective techniques that can be practised anywhere, no equipment or dance experience required.

Depending on your company’s goals, sessions can include:

  • Desk posture reset: simple releases to counteract sitting fatigue

  • Mindful movement practice: guided breathing and alignment work to restore balance

  • Team wellbeing flow: movement sequences designed to energise and connect teams

  • Mini movement break series: short sessions that can be incorporated into regular staff wellbeing programmes

Format & Customisation

  • Available as single sessions, monthly programmes, or part of corporate wellness days
